G.A.S. Fellowship Award 2026

In December 2025, G.A.S. Foundation, in partnership with the Yinka Shonibare Foundation (Y.S.F.), announced the fourth edition of the fully funded G.A.S. Fellowship Award. This is the largest call to date, offering five residencies to Nigerian artists and writers (three artists and two writers), five residencies to art practictioners based in the United States, and two residencies to African-based and diaspora creatives.

The G.A.S. Fellowship Award 2026 is made possible through the generous support of Deutsche Bank, Yinka Shonibare Foundation, and the Terra Foundation for American Art.
